Robert Gray

Robert Gray is an artist based out of Colorado. His primary medium is photography, with a focus in storytelling. That ability is used to reach people on an emotional level. Sometimes it can be an instance in the street, a vernacular landscape, or a Tableaux. This Storytelling ability does cross over into many other mediums that include paintings, sculptures, as well as poetry.

Jessica Pidcock

After multiple deployments, my husband and I decided it was time to leave our military life and he started training as a welder. The opportunities in San Jose lead us to our life in Santa Cruz and just 3 days after arriving, we found out I was pregnant. By the time my daughter was one, I was finally able to start painting again but the studio I had had in our home in Colorado was in boxes after moving to a small rental in Santa Cruz with a baby. The new restraints of time and space have proven to be just the guidance and struggle I needed to finally make work that feels like a genuine expression of myself and my skills.

I currently work from home with my daughter and teach with Cabrillo Extension almost every weekend. Even when my own work is deeply satisfying, there’s nothing like cultivating creativity in others. I’m very fortunate to live in a community that is supportive of the arts and offers many opportunities to connect with other creatives.

Danielle Neufville

Danielle Neufville is a multi-disciplinary artist residing in Charlotte, North Carolina. In the earlier years of her art journey, Danielle focused on vivid acrylic paintings and linework which centered themes of Abstraction, Surrealism, and Blackness. These themes are still the focal points of her creativity, and in late 2019, Danielle transitioned into working with art digitally. This new endeavor picked up momentum, and catapulted Danielle into the entertainment and social media marketing industries, serving as a creative editor using Adobe Creative Cloud. Her vision for the near future is to start a collaborative community imitative for the creative youth- who need mentors, funding, and a place to work together outside of the classroom.

  aidoo asthetic

George Aidoo Jr is a photographer from New Orleans, Louisiana. Who is also known as the artist name Aidoo Aesthetic. George has always been interested in photography, mostly because of his father who was always trying to capture a moment. He started taking photos as a hobby after his uncle passed. He noticed that he did not have any pictures of himself, family, friends, or moments to remember. Inspired by the world around him George set out to record memories. The goal was to create something to remember, it was a free experience for him. More and more George gained experience with the camera. His memories became scenes he wanted to present to others.
